Faltando apenas 50 dias para o início dos Jogos Olímpicos da Juventude, foram entregues os primeiros uniformes para as milhares de pessoas que estarão trabalhando na maior celebração multiesportiva da história da Argentina.

Com a presença de #Pandi, o mascote dos Jogos, o Buenos Aires 2018 distribuiu oficialmente os primeiros uniformes que vestem o pessoal que trabalha nos Jogos Olímpicos da Juventude. Além de fornecer roupas para os 8.000 voluntários, a JOMA vestirá funcionários e técnicos que trabalham nos Jogos na capital da Argentina em outubro. A empresa criou cerca de 15 mil peças com designs baseados na identidade visual e valores de Buenos Aires 2018.
No total, foram feitos 100 mil itens. O uniforme de Buenos Aires 2018 será composto por um chapéu, camisa polo, calças (que podem ser transformadas em shorts), moletom, jaqueta impermeável com capuz, uma mochila feita de tecido ecológico e um poncho de chuva.

A chama olímpica da juventude de Buenos Aires 2018 foi acesa no dia 24 de julho no estádio Panathenaic em Atenas, na Grécia. Sob o slogan #UnitedByTheFlame, o Torch Tour cobrirá 14.000 quilômetros em dois meses, levando a mensagem do Olimpismo para todos os cantos da Argentina. Durante sua jornada haverá retransmissões em 17 cidades. Também destacará vários locais geográficos icônicos na Argentina, como as Cataratas do Iguaçu e o Glaciar Perito Moreno. Sua viagem terminará no dia 6 de outubro, na primeira cerimônia de abertura olímpica, fora dos estádios tradicionais e aberta a todos os públicos em frente ao Obelisco, no centro de Buenos Aires.

Os Jogos Olímpicos da Juventude (YOG) é um evento internacional multi-esportivo para jovens atletas com idades entre 15 e 18 anos, com uma natureza educativa e cultural que visa promover os valores olímpicos na juventude. JOMA presents uniforms for Buenos Aires 2018

With just 50 days to go before the start of the Youth Olympic Games, the first uniforms for the thousands of people who will be working at the biggest multisport celebration in the history of Argentina were delivered.

With the presence of #Pandi, the Games’ mascot, Buenos Aires 2018 officially distributed the first JOMA uniforms that will clothe personnel working at the Youth Olympic Games.

In addition to providing clothing for the 8,000 volunteers, JOMA will dress personnel and technical officials working at the Games in Argentina’s capital in October.

The company created close to 15,000 outfits with designs based on the visual identity and values of Buenos Aires 2018. In total, 100,000 items were made.

The Buenos Aires 2018 uniform will be comprised of a hat, polo shirt, pants (that can be turned into shorts), sweatshirt, hooded waterproof jacket, a backpack made of ecological fabric and a rain poncho.

JOMA, a bronze category sponsor, is already involved in the Buenos Aires 2018 Torch Tour by providing special clothing for participants of the youth Olympic flame relay. The Torch Tour will visit a total of 17 cities throughout Argentina, in addition to iconic geographical locations.

The Buenos Aires 2018 youth Olympic flame was lit on July 24 at the Panathenaic Stadium in Athens, Greece. Under the slogan #UnitedByTheFlame, the Torch Tour will cover 14,000 kilometres in two months, carrying Olympism’s message to every corner of Argentina. During its journey there will be relays in 17 cities. It will also highlight various iconic geographical sites in Argentina such as Iguazu Falls and the Perito Moreno Glacier. Its trip will finish on October 6 in the first Olympic opening ceremony outside of tradition stadiums and open to all public in front of the Obelisk in downtown Buenos Aires.
