The National Centre Dublin swimmer was delighted with the result commenting ‘I’m very very happy with the time, it’s the fastest I’ve swam it in 6 years, I was 19 when. It felt comfortable, I didn’t die, that’s something I’ve been working on with my coach, I know I can be faster.’
Brendan Hyland, having broken the 200m Butterfly Irish Record on Friday, took his second National Title and second Irish Record in as many days in the 200m Individual Medley.
